- Walk In
- Youthbuild participants spend one week in academic and leadership activities
- Alternate week focuses on construction training and leadership development
- 29 hours per week in a training program Program combines: - Academics
- Leadership development
- Construction training Participant responsibilities including working on the following:
- High school diploma or GED
- Job skills building
- Work experience
- Leadership
- Service learning projects
