None, services are free for eligible persons; however, if accepted for representation, there may be an administrative fee of $10; clients ordinarily must pay actual expenses such as court filing fees, unless those fees are waived by the court

Provides legal representation on denial, reduction, or termination of public benefits such as food support, unemployment, MFIP, healthcare, GA, Child Care Assistance, or SSI Also assists with issues such as: - Debt consolidation - Emergency Assistance denials - Loan issues - Non-citizen tax issues - Tax-related needs on a federal and state level - Utility shut-offs
