The Energy Assistance Program provides additional grants for eligible households who need help with: - Energy Related Repair: Assists households with emergency furnace repair or replacement during the heating season. 24 hour answering service. For those who have not already applied for energy assistance, there will be a short eligibility procedure. - Getting reconnected to heat and power after disconnections - Paying for emergency fuel deliveries of propane, heating oil, or biofuel - Preventing disconnection - WaterWorks: Helps pay water bills for St. Paul Regional Water Service customers when funding is available.
