Landlord and Tenant Clinics - Legal Assistance of Olmsted County

Eligibility
Residents of Olmsted County and individuals with cases in Olmsted County. Tenants must have annual income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. In an emergency (imminent loss of housing), individuals with annual income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines are eligible.
Required documents
Online application, any applicable court order and any documents that are applicable to the matter including any papers that the landlord has given or served on the tenant and a copy of the written lease, if applicable
