Kennel licenses are required for households that own or possess more than two dogs or two cats. - Building, Planning and Zoning: Responsible for the application and enforcement of building codes and related ordinances regulating construction, alterations and use of buildings. Zoning responds to inquiries about issues such as property issues, signage, and other zoning concerns. Also, provides burning and sign permits, building permits, and inspections. - Public Works: Responsible for maintaining and repair all City streets and city equipment. Provides tree trimming, pothole patching, sealing cracks, street signs, street sweeping, and snow plowing. Maintains the City's entire water system and sewer system.
