Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) - Washington County Community Services

Provides temporary financial assistance for refugees while they are in the process of resettling in the United States. NOTE: Able-bodied RCA recipients are required to participate in an employment or training program. RCA recipients who are disabled or 65 years of age or older are required to apply for SSI.
