Open to residents and businesses from Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties.

- Office Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
- Recycling Center: 9 am - 8 pm Wednesday
- Closed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

Application process
- Write; visit website; call; walk in
- Place household hazardous waste products in a box when transporting. Product contents should be labeled and in original package. Never mix or pour household hazardous wastes together.
- Call to arrange for recycling loads larger than a pick-up truck
- Call for aluminum can buy back redemption prices
