Open to all individual alleging discrimination or disparate treatment as defined by the Saint Paul Human Rights Ordinance Section 183 which has occurred within the city limits of St. Paul within one year

Application process
  • Call; email; visit website; walk in; write
  • Investigator interviews charging party by phone or in person to determine whether he/she has a legitimate basis to file a charge and whether it is within the jurisdiction of the Saint Paul Human Rights Division; if so, a written, signed and notarized statement is taken from the charging party.
