Eligibility
Serves the following individuals if there is an active chapter in their area:
- Adults living with a disability
- Church groups
- Hospice patients
- Intergenerational
- Persons ages 55 and older
- People living in nursing homes and assisted living centers
- Veterans
A current fishing license is required unless living in a nursing home or assisted living facility.
Required documents
If applicable, a valid fishing license is required. All persons boarding watercraft need to sign boarding pass.
