Access to well-child checkups for children and teens up to age 21, including young parents, who are on Medical Assistance (MA) or MinnesotaCare. Services include well-child exams, sports, school, camp, WIC, Headstart, or daycare physical exams. Also includes immunizations, hearing and vision checks, and laboratory tests (urine, lead, and hemoglobin). Children who are eligible for Child and Teen Checkups can also see a dentist for yearly dental checkups.
