Shelter Reservations: - 10 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday in person and by phone - 4 pm - 9:30 pm Monday - Friday by phone only - 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm Saturday and Sunday by phone only After hours: Individuals seeking shelter after 9:30 pm/7 days a week should call Higher Ground or Safe Space directly Diversion Services: - 10 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday in person and by phone - 4 pm - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday by phone only

Call; walk-in NOTE: After-hours start at 9:30 pm/7 days a week individuals should call Higher Ground or Safe Space directly for possible bed availability. Bed availability is not guaranteed after 9:30 pm without a reservation.
