Child Support Services - Marshall County Social Services
Services include: - Adjusting court orders based on the cost-of-living index. - Collecting and processing payments. - Establishing parentage. - Establishing and enforcing court orders for child support, medical support, and child care support. - Locating parents. - Working with other states to enforce support when one parent does not live in Minnesota. Either parent, with or without custody of their children, may receive services.
