- Provides wheelchair accessible transportation for veterans to and from Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center if no other transportation is available - Riders must stay with the group for the duration of the entire trip even if their appointments do not take the entire time of the trip - Individuals who require an escort must provide their own escort to help them during the trip
