Provides home care services to clients such as: - Companion and homemaking services, which may include laundry assistance, grocery shopping, light household chores, errand running, socialization, and conversation -Home health aide to support clients in performing day-to-day tasks and activities. Activities may include personal care, grooming, walking/transfers, meal planning and preparation, foot care, medication reminders, and range of motion exercises. - Pediatric home care services to support children and youth living with a developmental disability and/or short or long-term health diagnosis - Skilled Nursing, which may include visits for IV therapy, wound care, medication management, palliative care, management and evaluation of care, consultation, supervision of caregivers, chronic disease management, and post-surgical care
