Offers a program for participants where a Family Self-Sufficiency Specialist will work with them individually and with their families to identify, locate, and arrange services that help them make positive changes. As a participant, individuals will create an Individual Training and Services Plan (ITSP) that includes:
- Earning money in an escrow savings account as income increases
- Employment goals and identifies training or education needs over the next five years
- Providing services such as childcare, transportation, education, budgeting, finance, job training, employment counseling, and homeownership counseling
