Housing Support Services - Alluma

Provides housing support options to focus on independence and wellbeing within the Northwestern Apartments. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and a large storage area. Services include: - Adult foster care program: Four-bed licensed adult foster care program for long-term transitional housing for clients with a serious and persistent mental illness. 24-hour supervision in an apartment-style environment to support and assist residents working towards the goal of independent living. - Homeless Intervention Program (HIP): Assist people living with a serious mental illness and have long-term homelessness find safe and affordable housing. Provides coordinated entry including housing search assistance, outreach, case management, benefits assistance, and other services.
