Residential Treatment and Supportive Housing - Radias Health
RADIAS Health facilitates an array of residential treatment and supportive housing options throughout the Twin Cities. Services include short-term or long-term residential treatment alternative to hospitalization, or rental assistance and supportive services for people living in the community. Housing options facilitated by RADIAS Health include: Intensive Residential Treatment Services: Long-term residential housing, 30 - 90 day stay - Carlson Drake House: Program located in Bloomington. Staff provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for twelve adults with a primary diagnosis of mental illness. Program services offer an alternative to hospitalization. - Community Foundations: Program located in Maplewood. Staff provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for sixteen people struggling with acute symptoms of mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. - ReEntry House: Program located in south Minneapolis. Staff provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services to adults with a primary diagnosis of mental illness. Crisis Stabilization: Short-term stay of 3 - 10 days for residential crisis stabilization - ReEntry Crisis Housing: Program located in south Minneapolis. Program services to adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Team consists of mental health professionals, practitioners, nurses, and a peer recovery specialist to meet individual needs.
