Eligibility
Adults with serious and persistent mental illness; primarily serves residents of Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, and Ramsey counties
Required documents
Application/registration form, referral from your vocational rehabilitation counselor or verification of disability
medical history, physician orders, picture ID. Admissions counselor will assist applicants to get a certificate of disability, funding for training and documentation for employment, housing and on-going recovery services.

A vocational rehabilitation program that offers community-based services, including case coordination; training in basic living skills, social skills, leisure skills, mental health maintenance, and work adjustment; and vocational training in fields such as janitorial work, construction, mail handling, and more. The program includes on-the-job training where trainees work about three hours per day, preparing for ongoing participation in the Jobs Program. The training duration ranges from three to nine months.
