Eligibility

Residents of Anoka County who are:- Fathers or alleged fathers of a minor child- Parents of a minor child and if one parent does not live with the child- Parents who pay court-ordered child support- Have court-ordered, physical custody of a minor child- Receiving public assistance for a minor child who lives in their home

A monthly $15 fee is paid by the parent paying support, deducted through income withholding; vary
