Mayor and City Council: - Member contact information City Departments and Services: - Administration: Oversees day to day operations of the City. Provides a variety of services, including holding elections, maintaining City records, assembling City Council agendas, and providing absentee ballots - Community and Economic Development Department: Oversees the building department. Responsible for plan review, permitting (commercial and industrial building; commercial/industrial/multi-unit; commercial electrical; sewer and water; plumbing; mechanical; sign) and inspection of new construction. - Environmental Resources - Finance: Manages the City's finances, billing, and budget. Utility bills include fees for water, sanitary sewer, street lighting services, surface water management, and state testing. - Lakeville Area Arts Center: Promotes cultural enrichment and artistic experiences for the community by offering youth and adult art classes including drawing, painting, as well as a variety of theatrical productions.
