Access point for Coordinated Entry housing programs Individual life strategies: - Support education and case management for youth age 15 - 18 who are at risk of not graduating high school Independent Living Skills: - Provides youth ages 16 -21 years old information and case management during the transition from high school to college Big City Mountaineers: ? - Outdoor recreational trips for youth ages 13 - 18 years old - Program intent is to help gain self-esteem, self-sufficiency, and independent living skills through day trips in canoeing and other outdoor activities
