Description
Provides an outpatient program for adults who have a substance use disorder in combination with mental health or an emotional problem. The length of all phases of treatment is variable based on each individual patient's needs and risk levels. Programs are designed to treat specific conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and other mental health diagnoses. The program includes: - Aftercare programming - Care coordination - Drug screening - Group counseling - Family involvement - Individual counseling - Intensity step-down
