- The Administrative Services Division oversees and manages the Finance, Purchasing, Information Systems, Insurance, Internal Auditing, and Data Resources Management departments. It also operates the MAC mail room. - Planning and Environment area supervises property acquisition, planning, design, engineering and architecture, and construction of all commission facilities, as well as all commission-related environmental issues including noise, air quality, and water quality.
