Description

Health education programs offered to create within individuals & the community, an understanding and a desire to take part in solutions to their own health problems Blood Pressure Screenings. Trained volunteers provide blood pressure screenings in communities throughout Cass County. Public health nurses are available for follow-up and educational services Cholesterol Screenings. They also provide blood cholesterol screening clinics in communities throughout Cass County Education is also provided. -Senior Health Screenings - Nursing assessment - Vital signs - Glucose testing - Medication management - Health promotion and counseling - Foot care - Meth Education
