Offers in-person support from trained court staff who are available to assist with general procedural information and provide access to court resources. Court staff can:
  • Explain how to complete court forms
  • Offer general guidance on court rules, procedures, and practices
  • Provide information about court cases, when legally permitted
  • Refer individuals to additional resources when necessary
  • Supply court-approved forms for specific types of cases, including Conciliation Court, domestic abuse, and harassment matters
  • Share court calendars and information on scheduling hearings
