A trustee appointed by the United States Bankruptcy Court Trustee, to handle bankruptcy court cases. Chapter 13 bankruptcy enables individuals with regular income to develop a plan to repay all or part of their debts. Debtors who file a repayment plan with a petition must provide payments in fixed amounts to the trustee on a regular basis. The trustee then distributes funds to creditors according to the terms of the court plan. Services provided by the office:
  • Administer cases for United States bankruptcy court
  • Trustee receives weekly, monthly, or semimonthly payments from the debtor
  • Payments are distributed to creditors under plan confirmed by the court
