- Call to schedule van appointment as soon as the medical appointment is known - Schedule appointments in the morning when possible - Schedule appointments on Tuesday and Thursday in Minneapolis - Schedule appointments on Wednesday in Saint Cloud - Schedule appointments on Monday for Maplewood - Veterans will be called the day before the appointment to let them know the time for pick-up

Operates a 9-passenger van for the purpose of providing curb-to-curb wheelchair accessible transportation to and from the Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Care System in Minneapolis, the VA Health Care System in Saint Cloud, or the VA Health Care System in Maplewood. The van does not run on holidays or weekends and is not used for emergencies.
