Application process

- Call to schedule van appointment as soon as medical appointment is known. - Schedule appointments in the morning when possible. - Schedule appointments on Tuesday and Thursday in Minneapolis. - Schedule appointments on Wednesday in Saint Cloud. - Schedule appointments on Monday for Maplewood. - Veteran will be called the day before the appointment to let them know the time for pick-up.

Fees

$35 to Minneapolis; $40 for Saint Cloud; $30 to Maplewood; $10 if the veteran does not qualify for travel pay
