Persons 50 and older who have problems due to the use of alcohol, pharmaceuticals, or over the counter medication. Assessments are available to any age. Serves Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, and Washington counties.

Description

A program for seniors age 50 and over needing outpatient chemical dependency treatment. A combination of recovery programs and outpatient treatment services as well as aftercare. Service includes: - Education and consultation - Free transportation to and from SRC services within a 15 mile radius - Individual and group counseling - Leisure time activities - Outpatient chemical dependency treatment for seniors - Referrals - Support groups: AA & Al-anon, aftercare, crafts, Health and Wellness group, relapse group - Will do assessments for all ages
