Description

Staff provide outreach to families eligible for Medical Assistance (MA) that have children ages birth - 21. Checkup includes: - Childhood immunizations updated - Developmental screening - Education regarding health issues - Health screening - Hearing and vision screening - Laboratory tests, including lead, blood and urine - Nutrition assessment - Referrals provided to doctors and dentists
