Residents of Minnesota may be eligible if: - Everyone in the household receives General Assistance - GA, Minnesota Supplemental Aid - MSA, or Supplemental Security Income - SSI - A family receives Basic Sliding Fee Child Care assistance or Transition Year Child Care - A family participates in the Diversionary Work Program - DWP - An individual or family's income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guideline
