Offers culturally and language-specific mental health services for deaf, deaf/blind, and hard-of-hearing children ages birth to 22 years who experience difficulty due to emotional or behavioral problems and their families. Services may take place in a clinic, school, or home setting. Services include: - Consultation with schools and teachers - Diagnostic assessment - Individual, group, and family skill-building - Individual, group, and family therapy - Psychiatric evaluation and psychological assessment
