A community-driven initiative designed to support individuals who have been directly or indirectly impacted by gun violence or COVID-19. This program offers personalized assistance to help participants achieve their personal and professional goals. Services include: Comprehensive Services: Helps with employment, education, housing, healthcare, transportation, and legal matters. Community-Centric Approach: Uplifts families and young people, fostering community healing and empowerment. Personalized Support: Assistance is tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations.
