- Low income families, individuals 62 years and older, or persons with disabilities - Must meet income limits and other criteria (no fixed asset limit) - Single adults who are not handicapped and not 62 years or older may also be eligible - Serves Saint Paul NOTE: The St. Paul PHA's Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List is currently closed. Applicants must log into their www.waitlistcheck.com account to check if they received a spot on the waiting list.

Federal rental assistance program where tenants pay 30% of their income for rent through Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
