Program Fees

  • No Fee
Provides victims and witnesses with consistent and dependable information about their cases. Provides the following types of assistance to victims and witnesses of crimes prosecuted by the Ramsey County Attorney's Office:
  • Assistance in applying for witness fees and compensation from the Crime Victims Reparation Board
  • Assistance in obtaining time off from employment for court
  • Assistance with matters related to restitution and the return of property
  • Arrangements made for interpretive services
  • Information regarding victim rights

  • Referrals to outside agencies
