Primary Care - Olmsted Medical Center - Rochester Southeast Clinic

Provides a range of primary care options, including family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics. Services include: - Adolescent and teen care including gynecological services like birth control, pelvic exams, pap tests and treatment for painful menstruation - Annual physicals to monitor blood pressure, cholesterol and other health concerns - Birth control and family planning services - Circumcision - Daycare, school, sports, and camp physicals and form completion - Diagnosis and care for acute (short-term) illnesses, injuries, and infections - Diagnosis and care for chronic conditions, such as diabetes or asthma - Health education - Immunizations and vaccinations, including flu shots - Long-term primary care for adults and seniors, especially those with 1 or more health conditions: - Arthritis - Diabetes - Heart disease - High blood pressure (hypertension) - High cholesterol - Infections - Skin conditions, such as minor burns or rashes - Medication management - Mental health screening and counseling - Minor in-office surgery including mole removal, sutures and joint injections - Referrals for specialty care and help to navigate the healthcare system - Screening tests - Spot vision screening to check for lazy eye early and prevent loss of sight - Well-child annual checkups and preventive care
