Description
Provides outreach and support for youth who are experiencing homelessness. Drop-in outreach provides a safe, welcoming space for youth to access assistance. Services include: - Assistance with obtaining and maintaining housing - Coordinated entry assessments - Connections to housing resources and referrals to community supports - Ongoing case management - Support in building social connections - Support in maintaining and increasing financial stability - Snacks available during drop-in hours
