Court action which determines who has legal right to possession of certain real property. - Family Court: Deals with cases involving families, e.g. marriage dissolutions (divorce), domestic abuse actions, harassment actions, child custody/support matters and paternity cases - Information on child support issues including reducing or increasing child support obligations and cost of living adjustments for child support - Judgments: Public computers may be used to access information on outstanding judgments, which include money owed by debtors to creditors - Jury office - Juvenile Court: Deals with cases involving children under age 18 - Name changes - Parking ticket and traffic ticket fine collection office - Probate/Mental Health Court: Jurisdiction over cases concerning disposition of property belonging to deceased persons, administration of court-supervised truths and proceedings to create guardianships and conservatorships for minor children, incapacitated or incompetent adults - Subpoenas: Legal documents that may be issued in any court case and requires the person receiving the subpoena to appear in court at the time and place indicated on the document
