Application process

Call to schedule an assessment by phone or in-home by an RN. The assessment can usually be scheduled for one to two days. An assessment through the county is necessary to receive a Personal Care Attendant.

Fees

Vary by service, call for complete fee information. Home health aides for available for a 3 hour minimum; prices vary. Personal Care Attendants paid through the county.
