Description

Provides bridge between school and responsibilities of adult life for students with disabilities. Transition program training sessions are scheduled within student's schools and/or local communities and include: ???- Driver permit test preparation classes ?- Independent living skills training - Practical skill training - Resource information ?- Small group sessions
