- $30 application fee - Puppy - 0 - 1 year $550 - Adult: 1 - 7 $500 - Senior: 8 years and up $200 - International: Base Adoption fee + $250 - These fees cover part of the cost of medical treatment the dog receives while in foster care and for other costs associated with rescued dogs - RAGOM dogs must be spayed or neutered. All come spayed or neutered, unless they are puppies under the age of 6 months or have a condition that prohibits neutering or spaying them while they are in foster care. If this is the case, RAGOM will reimburse up to $87.50 toward the cost of a spay and $64.50 toward the cost of a neuter.
