A program for infants and children ages birth - 3 to help parents track their child's development. The program:
- Helps parents learn about their child's health and development
- Offers a professional, most often a nurse, to conduct home visits with the parent and child
- Offers questionnaires and handouts for fun activities
- Provides a fun way to get ideas about "what to teach" and "at what age" to teach it
- Refers to Early Childhood Screenings for children who are of age
