- Currently a homeless parent or parents with minor children - Be disabled or care for a disabled child - Capable of providing written verification of custody, disability and homeless status - Primarily serves Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Pine, Crow Wing and Sherburne counties
