Application process

- Call Administration/Reception phone, and ask to speak with someone with the Youth Law Project; all requests for service will be screened and referred for appropriate action - Existing clients can call the Administration/Reception phone

Application/intake form; photo ID; proof of income

Eligibility

- Open to all low income youth who have been sexually exploited and their families - Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit
