Description

Program focuses on making essential community resources easier to find, understand, and use. Creates and distributes clear, accessible materials in English and Spanish such as red cards, rights information, local resource lists, and printed or digital flyers that guide individuals and families toward food assistance, legal support, mental health services, housing contacts, and other available help. This program supports quality of life and well-being by removing language, cultural, and informational barriers that often stand in the way of stability and progress. It ensures that families receive reliable guidance, understand their options, and know where to turn in moments of need, so they can move forward with confidence.
