Program Fees
Provides a workforce development program for men who are committed to rebuilding their life, change, and ready to work. The program provides: - Completion of training that include certifications in OSHA 10, Fall Protection, Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Safety, and Warehouse Safety - Daily catered lunch boxes, bus passes if needed, and work gear such as steel-toe boots, pants, PPE, and branded apparel - Guided online training sessions - Job coaching and preparation to join a work crew through Better Futures Minnesota's workforce - Paid On-the-Job Training: During the first two weeks, individuals will complete a paid training and academy program. Once successfully completed, individuals can begin working in one of the business lines in deconstruction, property maintenance, appliance recycling, or janitorial services.

Works primarily with African American men who are returning from prison, to provide opportunities and the support they need to stay out of prison and to build a healthy, happy, and successful life for themselves and their family.
