Open to all individuals residing in Minnesota who meet income requirements; households up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Additional issue-specific eligibility criteria may apply.

Provides advice, brief services, and some full-representation available statewide on immigration issues, including naturalization, U Visas, and U Visa Adjustment of Status. Does not provide asylum, detainee assistance, and immigration court services.
