Homelessness Prevention Assistance - Intercongregation Communities Association - ICA
Limited emergency financial assistance for rent, damage deposits, and some other needs. Funding is granted on a case-by-case basis and needs to solve the problem with no recurrence likely. Rental assistance, rental deposit, and utility assistance is available one time every 12 months. Note: As of 7/10/2025 Funds are not available and new applications are not being accepted.
