- Prosecutes crimes and civil matters occurring in Stevens County and the cities of Alberta, Chokio, Donnelly, Hancock, and Morris - Serves as the legal advisor for the County Board of Commissioners and other County officials - Represents Sevens County in all civil litigation in which Stevens County is involved
