Provides support services to older adults and their caregivers so they may continue living in their home as long as possible. This support is available through volunteers and four part-time staff. No-cost services include: - Application assistance - Blood pressure clinics - Care management - Friendly visits (phone calls only until further notice) - Home safety checks - In-home fall prevention coaching - Respite care - Service coordination - Transportation services Services provided through private pay or paid by insurance/Medicare: - Chores support - Homemaking services - In-home foot care - Navigation assistance
