Volunteer assistance: None
Initial nurse home visit: Donations accepted; includes care plan development and eligibility assessment for county services
In-home foot care: $40 per visit
Homemaker services: $25 per hour (minimum 90 minutes)
Nursing and home health aide services: Billed to insurance or private pay (private pay rates are below market; donations accepted)

Provides support services to older adults and their caregivers so they may continue living in their home as long as possible. This support is available through volunteers and four part-time staff. No-cost services include:
