- Home visits to provide antepartum, postpartum, breast feeding, family planning, infant care, child growth and development assessments, education, promotion of parenting - Provide services to children with special needs, including skilled nursing visits, waiver case management, personal care attendant assessment, screening for Early Childhood Special Education services - Follow Along Program to provide information regarding growth and development and screen for need for referral to others services, including medical. - Family Service Aides to provide support and education to pregnant women and new mothers and infants, and parenting support to families - Teaching about nutrition, health care, discipline, and self esteem - Family planning services offer education and free to low cost birth control based on income
